Today we're celebrating our 34th year of marriage.

They've been good years with lots of memories and only a few problems that were easily dealt with.

Now in our declining years we learning more about that line in the vows about "in sickness and health". But even with dealing with health problems our love remains strong.

My mom and dad were the same. Once asked during a rough patch in their marriage, why didnt my mom leave dad?

Mom: Because Divorce would be letting him off easy.

My wife married two losers before she landed me.   ;D 

We met at work and nobody gave us a chance to last, but the joke's on them. We celebrated our 50th in August.

When I want to wind her up, I refer to her as my first wife (which she actually is).

Great day. First I took wife to a Dr. appointment. It was a heart specialist. We recently found she has AFib, irregular heart beat. The doc made some changes in some prescriptions.

After we headed to our favorite restaurant for a late lunch. As usual everything was delicious. (Naturally there's a reason it's our favorite)

The owner offered free dessert when she learned it was our anniversary. Wife has a pumpkin bar and for me Key Lime Pie.

Wrapped up the day by.going home sitting in our chairs and falling right to sleep for a couple hours. :facepalm:

Yep at our age that's about exciting as it gets. :facepalm:
