In what aspect? I mean there is an old saying in japan: "For mochi, go to a mochi maker" It means go to someone who knows what they are doing in the respect of what you need done. So unless you tell us, then we cant help you.

I wish I could provide a source for my favourite GBS quotation, which may be apocryphal. He was asked to give a speech at an elite boys' school and, instead of encouraging the young lads, he remarked that, of those sitting in the audience, some would go on to power and greatness. Conversely, at least one would end up on the gallows.
