London Broil is a fairly inexpensive cut of beef often featured at supermarket chains. Buffalo Wings are a sports bar staple (actually chicken wings, and presumably named for Buffalo, New York). There's even a sports bar chain in the eastern US named Buffalo Wings.

It was the sprouts that almost tripped me up because the other three involve meat.

Thanks for the memory jog, PS, now I recall having seen Buffalo Wings on menus, I even stayed one night in Buffalo many years ago :facepalm:.
