Supreme Court Now Takes Aim at Unarmed Birds

Our political Supreme Court has voted to eliminate protections for vast areas of wetlands in the United States. The ruling makes it easier for developers to fill in wet land areas to build homes or farmers to drain wetlands to plant crops.

These wetlands are vital for migratory birds. These birds use the wetlands to nest and raise their young where water gives them protection against predators. Guess the birds never knew they needed an attorney at the Supreme Court.
