Some of our more adventurous members have posted nude photographs of themselves from time to time here on the Board. And, undoubtedly, many other members have downloaded copies of those photos for their personal collections.

Please do not repost these photographs on KB (or elsewhere), without first obtaining the express consent and approval of the subject.

We’ve lost enough members here through the years with boorish behavior. Please realize some of these photos may have been posted during a moment of impulsivity or intoxication. No need to parade them out every time you’re feeling a little horny.

Violation of the foregoing will be treated as a Rules #1 and #7 violation. All such posts will be promptly deleted.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Should be obvious.

For my part, nothing was saved even if given privately.  Although a few are forever burned in my memory.

Don’t even repost on KB, without consent of the member.  Folks don’t want to see their nudes, every time they log in.

Edit* Obviously “quotes” that contain a photo in a thread conversation is not what I’m referring to.  I’m talking about saving or re-hosting a photo that was taken down by the member, and then posting it again at a later time.

Ah, sorry, now I get what you meant. For some reason I initially misunderstood the original post to mean there's a concern about people downloading pictures that were posted on KB and then uploading them to other forums or sites (eg amateur threads).

I don't ever download/save pictures, but I once did repost a picture in reply to the person who had posted it originally. While I did use their own link, so if they ever decided to nuke the photo it would automatically be removed from my reply as well, I'll admit that I didn't think to ask beforehand.   :(

I think we’re in a precarious position here, because we have fewer than a half dozen women left who participate on a regular basis. We lose a few more of those, and we’re going to have a “critical mass” problem. Because as much as I enjoy flirting with watcher and msslave, I’m not going to login here on a daily basis to do it.

So my personal suggestion is let’s stop using our female members as scratching posts.  Of course I’ve been suggesting that for more than a decade, and no one has yet seen fit to do it.  At least have a conversation from time to time that doesn’t include sniffing her va-jay-jay.  Not everything has to be about tits, ass, and orgasms.

Who hacked Toe's account?!  :o

On a serious note, in my case it was only meant as a friendly compliment and not any come-on (I'm here neither for a virtual girlfriend nor to try to pursue anything offline) but I think I should go and apologize now :)

Can I add a further addendum to this, just as a reminder?

Don't post photos on here you know you don't have permission to post, be it from our own members, or from outside. We had an issue over on the sister site where not only were the pictures posted not permitted, but the member had been masquerading as the subject. As soon as it was found out, they were gone without a second thought.

If it is found out you didn't have permission, expect them to be gone, and hopefully that'll be the end of it (if you're lucky, I assume).

I have a question about the policy. Say there is a posting of tits, and you’d like to comment on the tits, and you want to give context. I’m talking quoting the previous post or a few posts back, not a hundred posts back. Is it rude, or worse yet, against KB policy? I suppose I could replace the picture with “(picture of member X’s glorious tits)” or some such. But given the context, seems almost prudish.

Prudishness has nothing to do with it. If someone post a picture of their tits, they don’t want other members re-posting the tits next week, next month, or next year. Some people have kept every photo of every member, and pull them out *long* after the fact. It’s stalkish behavior, and not acceptable.

Rule #1 of the forum is “ Threatening or intimidating behaviour is not tolerated.” A member should not have their tits rubbed in their face every time they log in.

So use some common sense.  Commenting on or replying to a tit post is not a violation. Posting next month “Hey, remember when Karen posted these”? Is.

I can’t believe we’re even having this discussion.

Speaking personally, and as a new- and probably occasionally naively reckless - member, Toe neatly explains what I hope would be the policy.

If I post a photo of my tits (and I did here, once*) then quoting that to say how nice they are is fine - maybe embarassing if I was impulsive and regretted the post, but it seems entirely reasonable: and I am sensible enough at least to use a hosting service that deletes the picture after a few days, so the quoted picture would also vanish after that time, leaving no trace other than the remembered smile I hope to have elicited on members' faces. But to copy and paste that picture elsewhere, even on this forum, could be very embarrassing: I'd like to retain some editorial control over my own tits. To go further, if the picture shows my face or is identifiable, then indeed I have been reckless (and again, I was, once, here) but I would hope people would treat that with extra respect because I don't necessarily want everyone I know in real life to sudddenly see my naked body and face on the internet.

I really like this forum, feel safe and welcome here, and value the moderators being thoughtful and active in keeping it that way, so I hope Toe expresses the general opinion - and the rule - for everyone here. And I hope I don't sound prudish.

(* this is not an invitation to ask me to do it again...)  :o

You're right:

I can’t believe we’re even having this discussion.

Still, thanks for taking the time to clarify this in a perfectly clear way.

I would never download or save a pic that a KB member here. It's basic respect.

I’d take it a step further and say don’t demand new ones or ones at all.  It took me a couple years before I understood how incredibly common it was for people to pressure other people for pictures.  That seemed so rude, I just didn’t understand until told by so many how frequently that actually occurs.

Even what seems phrased as a request can feel like pressure to the recipient.

It also makes them regret past sharing.

I do love those who are brave to post pictures of themselves, and I hope the rules are respected, that nobody posts the pictures elsewhere. However personally my policy on this is, do not send a picture to anyone, that you would mind ending up on the internet for everyone to see, as sadly there is a huge risk of that happening, and it does not always have to be done maliciously by the person you sent the picture to, there are malicious phone apps and computer apps that scrape pictures from the computers they are installed on, among other data, and upload those to the hackers that made those things, so it is not even safe to take pictures and not sending them to anyone.

However I really hope that we will evolve as a culture to where what we do in our private lives stops being a thing anyone cares about, where we no longer think of women differently from men when it comes to sex, making words as slut and whore into positive words, said in love and lust, not as an insult but a term of endearment. We still have far to go on that though. There are steps back and forward on this going on all the time.

In that world having nudes online or sex videos, would not really matter as much, if anything someone trying to use them to hurt or intimidate would be the one risking their reputation, for being so backwards in how they see healthy sexuality, and trying to make consensual private acts into something wrong, and hopefully they will be shunned from doing such backwards things.

Still till we live in that world, I hope everyone will stay safe, and consider if they want everyone to see their pictures, I may be too paranoid and scared though, to share pictures of myself, but I think in recent years paranoid tinfoil hats have been proven more right than wrong.
