Mods can woo anyone, anytime, as many times as they like. There is just a long tradition to not “abuse” that ability. But giving a woo to MJ and giving another woo to Shiela is something anybody can do. Because you can give everybody on the board one woo per day. You just can’t give any particular member more than one woo per day.

Used to be able to before the update. Had to give a reason for the karma change. I miss that. MJ made this thread to keep it going, but it's purely voluntary.

Thanks, I always thought it was one woo per day total for non-mods.
