I like to think that I'm funny but in reality I think I just talk shit & fall over, lol

I'm a very happy drunk....& it usually enhances my feelings of amore & passion..... until I hit that "wall" & go to sleep! LOL

I'm fun but I tend to remember the past a lot if I am with close friends..  For the most part I'm the "Life of the party" type in other situations.

I was the drunk.  I drank to excess and stayed drunk.  I am the country song, The more I drink, the more I drink, the more I drink.  I haven't touched a drop in 19 years now, and don't ever want to again.  I find sex (& a lot of other things) is a lot more enjoyable when sober.  Making love when drunk (or to a drunk) is a real turnoff for me anymore-RHL

Sure, this thread hasn't been touched in 4-1/2 years, but it's a great question and could be enjoyable learning about some of the newer members...


Myself...   In my early 20's, I was the happy drunk but when something happened that I didn't like, I got angry.   I was a quiet kid in my teens and early 20's.  It really brought me out of my shell.

In recent years...   I really haven't gotten drunk in about 10 years.   Usually a good buzz.   I become more talkative and more flirty.     The one complaint from my friends when I'm drinking is that I talk REALLY loud.
Michelle was a happy drinker, not going to say drunk because she only got really drunk a few times.     When she'd drink, she would laugh at anything.    She loved to dance anytime, but a few drinks was dancing fuel for her.    She would also become more daring.   About 10 years ago we were out with another couple in a Royal Oak bar, when Michelle suggested we go to a strip club.  We ended up at one of the nicer strip joints on 8 mile.  Other than the dancers and waitresses, she and our friend were the only girls in the place.   A song came on that Michelle really liked and she stood up and started dancing, then started giving me a lap dance while clothed.   The manager came up and suggested she dance on stage.   She said, "I won't take my clothes off."   He said, "You don't have to."    So she and our other friend got up on stage and danced around the stripper while she undressed and worked the pole.  Some younger guys started chanting "strip", but she just smiled and shook her head no.    She danced about 3 songs then came back down and gave me another lap dance as the other guy we were with got one from his wife.   Then Michelle picked a girl out and had her dance for me.   Never would have happened if alcohol wasn't involved.   Should also mention that it was the only time during my marriage that I have been to a strip club.

While I was at university, I was a full-on drunk. Seriously, there are weeks missing from my memory, and it cost me my Honours status.  I used to wake up with strange objects in my bed - road signs, a pick axe.

I still drink, but I taught myself to be a beer snob - I drink for the pleasure of the flavours, not the buzz.  Typically, I only have one to three beers in a weekend.  I drink more at special events, birthdays and Christmas, but even then it's only three or four at an extreme.

When I do get a bit of a buzz on, I tend to get flirty, but I'm afraid I am very vulnerable to brewer's droop, so I'm not usually capable of making good on the promises...

I think I'm a nice drunk. After suffering many severe hangovers over the years I've gauged when to cease. That wouldn't stop me having a good night out.

I don't  know if I flirt, I'm a friendly person so I'll talk to anyone that wants to talk to me.

The times I've hit the bottle when my mood was down, the drink always affected me differently.

I've only been drunk once while having sex. It wasn't how I wanted it but circumstances made it so. No regrets though it was one of the greatest nights ever. The drink had nothing to do with it.
