Since no one at KB cares about things like protecting the nation from the anarchy of the left, and lots of 'our' Media is comfortable ignoring the insurrection happening over the past days in Seattle, WA, to the citizens who live in that city, and the business owners who support the city's economy, I will raise the question... what is the plan to take back the seized territory, capture or kill the renegade forces who are terrorizing a U.S. city, and restore order to
this CAPTURED area?

Or, should we talk about Golf?  Does anyone care about what is going on in Seattle, WA?  The strongest language from the Governor/Mayor there to date is a complaint that NO PERMIT was obtained for this "demonstration" by leftist organized militarized zealots?

Here's the thing, Joan: At any given moment, and especially of late, there are no more than a dozen people participating in the discussion on the 1408 boards. So, making generalizations based on a less than microscopic sample is indicative of absolutely nothing.

Then again, if there were posts from several KB members stating that they did not care about "protecting the nation from the anarchy of the left," then you might have an argument. Please re-post the posts you are referring to.

To answer your specific question, I do know nothing about "the plan to take back the seized territory, capture or kill the renegade forces who are terrorizing a U.S. city, and restore order to this CAPTURED area." I think you'd be best served by asking that question to a local Seattle or Washington state law enforcement leader.

But I am aware that you can talk about golf and care about what's going on in Seattle at the same time. The two things are by no means mutually exclusive.

  I expect if this were "tea party militants", the cheering attitude of most Media would be quite different, and the clamor for someone, someone who willingly has placed themselves "in charge" as Mayor/PoliceChief/CityCouncil/Governor would be EXPECTED to take whatever steps necessary to return control of the city in all its geography, to the control of legitimate authority.

Your problem is that you're equating the lack of posts to indifference, or even support.

However, I'm certainly glad that you've finally realized that the protests and the violence and looting are two completely separate events carried out by two completely separate groups of people.

A judge yesterday placed a two week moratorium on the Seattle police use of tear gas, pepper spray and stun grenades against demonstrators citing the use of these items adversely affects all protesters instead of the few that are being targeted.
