My post was commentary on a group of people who live or die by the fact that someone is paying attention to them, the very definition of narcissism.  They have to be on camera 24/7.

Sorry, but I thought this board was for posting commentary on life and things of interest.  Does this not qualify?

I responded to the content of your post, and not the person who posted it. And I would have responded exactly the same if someone else had posted it.

This board is indeed a place "for posting commentary on life and things of interest." But just because you post something, it doesn't per se that it is "of interest." Nor are members required to respond positively, and they remain free to respond in whatever manner they wish.

I share your general view about celebrities, especially those celebrities who are famous for being famous. But, as I noted, I simply ignore them. They don't bother me, and I feel no compulsion to rant about them.

I don't pay attention to celebrities and their political views or their, or self proclaimed expert opinions on things of great importance.  They are entertainers as therefore should stick to two things.  Entertainment and fantasies
