  We see today, the results, using your numbers, of Trump's orders and actions taken, some more effective than others, some against the same doctors who led VP Biden astray on a previous response to a far less deadly pandemic.  Compare todays situation with less than 1% or so fatalities over the U.S. Population, as compared to the 2,000,000 the experts predicted.

  The Virus will be beaten back, with President Trumps actions taken so early, and the various followup of State Governors, and State Health Services, including the pending Vaccines on the horizon, and we are now opening the United States Economy, which can help finance the full recovery from this pandemic.

  Some State Governors have dragged their feet, others have a forward stance, and the country, with President Trump's leadership, will be in good shape in the not too far future, from the actions taken so far, and in the works for our near future.

  What should end today is the Media Panic that has accompanied this pandemic, one driven by the politics and the benefit of the News Cycle against our President. The media will no longer have the interest of the public in destroying President Trump, and hopefully will find other things to lie to us all about.

Horseshit joan.  The 2 million number was thrown out there as a guess about deaths if we went about business as usual with zero actions to prevent the spread of the pandemic.  It was meant to scare Trump into doing something. . . . . anything!  It failed.

That some governors locked their states down and some people listened to the scientists instead of Trump is why it’s less than it is.  If Trump and done something. . . . again, anything!  The number of deaths would likely be half what they are or better.

I say this as a scientist in the healthcare field.

The sad thing is that 28% of Americans supposedly believe this.   

Personally, I am excited about this vaccine because it is reportedly 90% effective.  Meanwhile the Trump administration was prepared to approve any vaccine that was 50% effective.

It must be stored at -94° F, so only hospitals are going to be able to store and administer it.  And it requires two does administered a precise number of days apart.  First responders and healthcare workers will get it first, so that means next summer (at the earliest) for the rest of us.

My state has been down for the most part since the start.  Masks required, plexiglass between you and the cashier, social distancing labels on the floor, and all with complete adherence and no complaints I’ve seen.  I’m sure complaining happens and the local Trumptards try and go in maskless, I just haven’t seen it.

Back in the spring my state was 8th worst in infections, last I looked we were 24th and about to be passed by Oklahoma, and that only because we’re a populous state.  I did read our rural areas are getting worse.
