Whew!  I'm a little releived that it was west-Texas, and not West Tx.  (A town right down the road from here, full of Immigrant* families.)  After that Anhydrous Ammonia spill a few years back.

*Eastern European Immigrants, great kolaches.  So, probably wouldn't be racially motivated if it was.
