There’s a chain of BBQ joints around here called Red Hot & Blue, not sure where else they are? The food is OK, but I do like the motif inside of blues artists. About half the time I’m in there, I end up ordering the fried catfish. I got the catfish both of the last two times I was there, right after we had a pre-wedding meets with the priest this past spring. I guess cold beer and catfish is what an atheist needs after meeting with a priest.
I need to do my Cajun dinner sometime soon, always fry some catfish for that. Always make crawfish etouffee and chicken, shrimp and andouille sausage gumbo too. I’ve done alligator too, but not impressed with the frozen alligator I get.
