Special Counsel Mueller has submitter his Report.

Attorney General Barr has announced the main findings,
with No Collusion found between Russia and Trump Campaign.

Attorney General Barr has announced no charge of Obstruction
of Justice will be forthcoming, and Special Counsel Mueller did not
find sufficient evidence in this regard to recommend charges.

In the United States, following the U.S. Constitution, prosecutors do not
make allegations about crimes which they cannot charge, and which the
Grand Juries to which they put the question for investigation would not
recommend charges.

The rules for Special Counsel call for any such decisions to be made by
the United States Attorney General, and any decision to share details of
the Special Counsel Report, similarly not be be made to Congress, but to
be decided as could be warranted, by the U.S. Attorney General.

The Report of Special Counsel is Confidential, when made by the Special
Counsel, at the direction of Congress, when the former Special Counsel Act
expired. The Special Counsel Report by former special counsel Judge Kenneth
Starr, made under the Special Counsel Act, since expired at the will of Congress, was a Report made to Congress, which was made public to all near immediately (The Report Itself, not all the detail, especially not details which
did not relate directly to the specific Clinton Impeachment Trial itself).

Under the Clinton Impeachment Trial, Congress used the Starr Report during the Impeachment Trial, and Congress collected a large volume, trailer loads,
of items, documents, statements and more, which were only seen by a few Congress Representatives, perhaps a few Senators, a handful total who went to see such items in a Congressional Warehouse. All those items were eventually cataloged, photographed, copied, safely packaged for long term storage, and delivered to the National Archives, along with the Starr Report details/evidence collected, related directly to the Impeachment Trial, and documents/details of the Starr Report found not worthy of use in the specific charges made by the House in the Clinton Impeachment Trial.

Those documents, and items from the Clinton Impeachment, were stored under seal initially for a minimum of 25 years, at the National Archives.

Some of the items/docs and evidence from the Starr Report have since been unsealed, heavily redacted in many cases, by Courts, and released in part at least, beginning in 2010, some in 2014, and as recently as some in 2017... in the latest release, a 'promise' to make the full release of such documents has yet to be fulfilled, as various parties, including former President Clinton, review and seek to hinder full release for a wide variety of reasons, yet to be fully adjudicated.

I mention all this, openly available online with your inquiry if desired, to show the difference between the former legislation Special Counsel Act, and how it has been handled for release (or not), and the current Special Counsel rules, which is that SC Mueller's Report is Confidential, is not made to the Congress, but to the U.S. Attorney General, who may make further releases at his sole discretion.

Whether documents which belong to the Department of Justice will eventually go to the National Archives for minimum holding of 25 years prior to any public release is unknown to me at this time.

What is clear, is No Charge was forthcoming related to Russia Collusion with the Trump Campaign to influence the 2016 Presidential Election; and AG Barr has stated No Charge was forthcoming from the SC Investigation regarding President Trump and Obstruction Of Justice.

The relief of the burden upon many American Citizens and voters, propagated by the Media and Democrats, and Anti-Trump Republicans and Deep State Obama loyalists, many in the Obama Intelligence Community, has been undue, unwarranted, and untrue as is shown by the full lack of any charges by SC Mueller, who has closed his investigation and report, is palpable.

The adjudication of the failed Coup, seeking to undermine and impede the President of the United States since 2016, and perhaps with its origins in 2015 even, is yet to be seriously approached at least publicly at this time. The parties involved in such activities, including the Media Companies who fanned flames, and continue to fan such flames, need to feel the heat, with jail and financial ruin as may happen, so it can be shown that the Administrative State cannot undo a legitimate U.S. Election of President of the United States.

Stay tuned. For those who persist, you should plan your escape now, and get your life back to important matters, such as those items our Nation needs to continue to be great. Infrastructure repairs, replacement as needed, of National Highways should be fully funded with the most effective, low cost labor and local materials, and with sufficient oversight to keep waste and fraud to a minimum in the process.

Money allocated for National Infrastructure which is not proceeding ON TIME should be reallocated to the defense of our National Borders, including finishing the needed Walls, and such undone Infrastructure projects reconsidered for future funding if truly warranted. Let's get this done.

There is already a discussion on this.  You in fact made the first post.  Once again you were made to look foolish.

$30,000,000 minimum cost of Mueller SC investigation, likely far more, and the result is:

No Collusion, No Crime, 2016 was a Fair Election.

"... In fairness, that decision by Mueller is curious, and serves as an unfortunate invitation for mischief. But Barr and Rosenstein are on solid ground because, as they explain, in normal circumstances, there can be no obstruction of justice if there was no underlying crime... "

Wow, Mueller is an even better investigator than we thought.  He managed to prove a negative!

Joan, your conclusion is incorrect. Muller reported that there was an intervention by the Russians in the election, and the outcome was likely affected by it.

It reports that the Trump campaign did not step all the way into the conspiracy. Though Donald Trump Jr. did an action in expectation of getting information directly from the Russians which by itself is a conspiracy to defraud the US Gvoernment, even though the result was not what they wanted (e.g. no dirt was provided on h. Clinton). The mere act of going to that meeting in anticipation of obtaining information from the Russians about CLinton WAS the act of conspiracy. Trump Jr. could face prosecution for that.

The Trump campaign cynically and sinisterly, did not notify the DOJ/FBI of the Russian attmpts, nor did they do other than cynically standby while the information was released, with prior knowledge of that information.

That by itself does not rech the level of consipiracy and is not prosecutable, though it IS SO HIGHLY UNETHICAL AS TO DEMAND CONDMNATION BY EVERYONE.

And for you not to condem the Trump campaingn and by extension Trump himself, is inexcusable.

There are three kinds of people in the world. Those who can count, and those who can't.

Well, seeing as you're talking to someone who made the leap from no proof of collusion to proof of no collusion, you might be wasting a lot of words.

Keep it brief, she doesn't like to read too much into these issues.

"...That by itself does not reach the level of conspiracy and is not prosecutable..."

The persons who attempted to lure the Campaign into illegality were not Russians, but were agents sent by the FBI, by the Obama Admin Intelligence stooges, et. al. to entrap the Opposition Candidate to THEIR Candidate.

I am not happy with the blunders and many of the people hired by the Trump Campaign, especially since many were known, or should have been known, by professionals in the Campaign Business as clowns and hangers-on.

And, the demand was for "Russian Collusion with Trump, to sway the election", and no such charge was found, many many many Millions of dollars later.

Media and Democrats and Republican weasel RINOs, chasing the moonbeams of Hillary and her Obama Cadre of traitors, willing to put the Nation through the past two years, since the election and conspiring prior to the election to effect a different result, one in which we would never have heard much of what we now know to be obvious law breaking, lack of ethics at the Obama State, Justice, and Intelligence Departments, and White House, in an attempt to sway the election, and elect Hillary at any cost.

Payback is hell, and hopefully is visited fully, upon a host of criminal actors who even today are out selling their books, and giving interviews, and not one of these actors has, to this day, lost a home, lost a productive life, in the process.

When General Flynn has been made whole in every way, I will be partially satisfied; and I hope to see many of these cretins, you all know the names well, dragged through the courts, dragged in cuffs with their families in early morning raids, and broken financially, and professionally, prior to finding themselves incarcerated.

Hijacking the attention of America, and Americans in the manner done during the past two plus years should put the major players in media out of business, and likely will not, just cause that is how things work, at least for the moment.

Some people are like the 'slinky'. Not really good for much,

If you believe, as you assert here, that the Mueller investigation was an attempted coup, then surely you believe that the Starr investigation was also an attempted coup.

Right?

I'd be stunned if you get a straight honest answer to that.

As I noted elsewhere:

I wonder if Yellow Wall supports the release of the entire report.

It would prove ironic if it did not, considering many times it has cheered for the release of reports on President Clinton and Secretary Clinton.

Hypocrisy reigns supreme with Yellow Wall.

The charges, "Russian Collusion with Trump to sway the election his way". and the politicians and crooked officials who perpetrated, promoted and swear it happened, to this day, and began, some of them, as early as 2015 to insure only Hillary 'could' win the election of 2016, with the willing participation of our Media, and their subsequent actions, to this day, is the failed (so far) Coup.

Special Counsel being activated seems part of this Coup, without, I expect, Bob Mueller's active understanding. He was a dupe, and the SC Investigation gave life to the past two years, and the ongoing circus we have today, AND, Mr. Mueller has known for quite some time that there was no Russian Collusion to charge Mr. Trump or his Campaign for an illegal act in this regard.

Firing the FBI Director, who "works at the pleasure of the President" is a legal act, and the FACT that there was no Russian Collusion charge possible, as there was no collusion with actual Russians at all, and no swaying of the Campaign, as a result of anything Trump or his Campaign did or conspired to do, there was no crime, and therefore, there is no Obstruction of Justice in that regard.

The Special Counsel Act, under which Judge Kenneth Starr was appointed and under which he completed a ever expanding review, at the request of Clinton's Attorney General as each new investigation was added to his plate, reported not to the Attorney General for purposes of making a report, but to Congress.

The confidential SC Starr Report was immediately made public (as regards the portions applicable to the charges of Impeachment drawn and agreed to in the US House). None of that applies to todays SC rules, or report, at all. At the behest of Democrats, specifically, a SC Report is a Confidential Report, and the Report is delivered to the Attorney General of the US, not to Congress.

Imagine if Attorney General Janet Reno received alone the Starr Report, not the Congress. At that point the two cases may be similar. Today they are not.

The undisclosed portions, and the evidence not directly related to Impeachment Charges, of the Starr Report are yet to be fully released.

No charges, then no prosecution campaign at all, and thus no disclosure of details. What details were not read aloud on C-Span during the Impeachment Hearing, or entered into the Congressional Record that day by Congressional consent, remain to this day not fully disclosed, some 20 years later, and when they may age out of the National Archive sequestration, such details will face legal challenges further, for heavy redaction of any Grand Jury, National Secrets and Executive Privilege claims, so it may be quiet some time before a few historians are able to fully, or mostly even, review Starr's Report and all the materials of the Clinton Impeachment trial.

For all the carping, President Clinton served a full two terms, his wife Hillary went on to take a New York Senate Seat, and life for the Clintons has been good, to date, despite the actions of those parties during the times in office of each of them, and the actions of their foundations for that matter, to date.

The adjudication of the failed Coup, seeking to undermine and impede the President of the United States since 2016...

Joan, your intellectual dishonesty, your flagrant trolling, really brings into question why you are allowed to post anything.

It appears that, like Trump your connection to truth, facts, and reality are severely compromised.

I recommend that you look into moving to a country that reflects your political philosophy. Any authoritarian country would match your political leanings, you should pick one that isn’t restrictive to women.

There are three kinds of people in the world. Those who can count, and those who can't.

But they didn't prove collusion!

Yet.

Incidentally.  "Collusion" isn't the crime.  It's just 1 Element of the crime.  The Conspiracy to commit that crime.

(The one that starts with Conspiracy, and doesn't end with Collusion.)

Barr should have released the entire Mueller report instead of a four page recap.

Right, but that's not the job he was hired to do.  How hard would it be to prove that there was collusion between the President, and the Attourney General he hired specifically to clean up this mess?

"Well, what do you know.  There was no Interference in the investigation, either.  It says it right here.  No, you can't look, that's classified, I'm telling you.  It says it right here."

I wonder if he could be disBarred over this?

Ehh?  EHHH?

Also, Muller may have only been looking for criminal activities, which is a higher bar than if he were looking for intelligence violations.

There are three kinds of people in the world. Those who can count, and those who can't.
