No, I would think the Gainaxing would be about the same.  It just makes re-acquiring the sites for followup shots faster.

You're talking about the rapid fire from a gun, and not the penis itself rapid firing, right?
From a gun: not sure.  I would think there would be some testicle swinging going on though.  A lot would depend on the shooters stance.
From a penis:  No bobbing at all, it's very stiff when it is rapid firing.

They tend to swing side to side, if you have the proper Weaver stance.  It really does depend on how you hold it.  I haven't used Icosolese in quite a while, though.

(I used to do Rapid Fire, Bullseye, and Bowling Pin competition.  Browning Hi-power, with the Inglis holster/stock.)

It also depends on the caliber.  I don't have a dick pic, but look how controlled a .32 (FN Browning) Skorpion is from the gainaxing:



{Note "Gainaxing" is an animator's term for Jiggle Physics, named after an Anime company that was famous for it.}

Granted, the Skorpion was designed, from the outset to be controllable, with a rate of fire reducer in the grip (A reciprocating counterweight) so it could be fired 1 handed.

Right thumb on the safety.
Left hand on the butt (bottom of grips / clip / stock...whatever you want to call it).
Breathe in......Exhale slowly. Squeeze trigger.......
That works for me at about 40 feet shooting beer cans off fence posts.
However its more fun watching a watermelon explode when hit by a 45 cal. round.
