The forums are way more active the past few weeks, so maybe it stands out more when there is a quiet time, but nobody saying anything for hours and hours is nothing unusual

It's still a relatively small group, so even one or two people posting less can make a big difference. Sometimes I go out of my way to post more, because I think participation breeds participation. Then sometimes I actually post less, because I don't want to be the annoying asshole that looks like he thinks he needs to comment on absolutely every little thing

I like it this way: it feels like a group of friends - and some who may become friends - dropping in and laughing together (and other things) from time to time. Less frenetic than other forums that seem more like urgent live sex chat sites. It suits me, I feel safer, less pressured, and that makes me more free and open.

We have a rare kismet that is the by product of the members. And it has lasted a very long time in Internet years. We have been fortunate.

I don't use yahoo too often, I know that my Google is always showing me stuff relative to what I search for. Anlotnpf astronomy stuff and netflix shows because google owns Netflix. Also a lot of musicians because google also own YouTube music.

Guess yahoo doesn't use cookies like that. At least for your sake im glad they don't  :emot_laughing:
