And when you make an argument that an accusation should be grounds for dismissal, that' arguing against due process.  And when you make an argument against an investigation, that's arguing against due process.  Innocent until proven guilty is what due process is.

This is America and we try for a fair justice system here, that means that the burden of proof is on the prosecution.  You don't have to prove you're innocent here, the prosecution has to prove you're guilty.
