I just re-read the whole thread and realized I never answered the question. I think I change my avatars more than any other member here because I am full-on ADD when it comes to this kinda thing!

The criteria for my avatar is simple... it must be one or more of the following:
A) Be sexy.
B) Be funny.
C) Be topical.
D) Be interesting.
or...
E) A photo of me.

It's fun and I like to keep it mixed up... (actually, I have to).
