Going on 9pm here, which is usually no big deal, but long story short I only had about 7 hours of sleep total yesterday, after being up a LOT longer than I expected the day before.

Awake since 3:20.    It is 6:00 now
Campground has really shitty internet.  What else is new.  No cell reception.
I have been getting a lot of reading done though.

Lately, I’ve been falling asleep around 11 PM, then waking up at 3 AM. I take my medications, bathroom break, etc., check the news from Ukraine, and fall back asleep around 4 AM. And hopefully I sleep until 8 AM. So I’m getting eight hours, but I do it in two shifts. It’s been like this for quite a while.

Been up all damn night. Sunday evening I started having some pain in my right leg and back. I have a herniated disc but hasn't bothered me up until now, if that's what this is.

Went to bed about 11:00, but laying down seemed to make things worse. Got up and sat in my chair hoping to fall asleep there. Got about an hour.

At 5:00 AM I was able to take another dose of my pain meds and they've taken the edge off enough that I can make my way to the VA and see what they can do.

F**k, I'm tired. Too old for this crap. Take care friends.

I was up and down all night myself Bob. Slept from midnight to 3:30, and then again from five to almost 8 AM. But it’s the realization that I have to go back to the office today. Last week of the last month of the last quarter of the year. Everybody is still “working remotely“ which means “not really working at all“ but I am the captain of the ship, so I am responsible for the end result. Hope you are feeling better.

 They gave me a couple prescriptions that should fix me up. Heading home soon and hopefully get some sleep. :emot_kiss:

Had two bad nights of sleep. Strange beds hasn't helped.  Different mattress every few days.
