The little one wants Disney. So we are watching The Little Mermaid Return To The Sea.  M, Dan and I are all on phones or iPads.  Only the little one watching.
We just played a couple games.  Winding down now.

i think I watched Breakfast Club about 10 times. Loved it.
The chicks could not hold the smoke.   I could.

The Breakfast Club. The opening credits say March 24, 1984. And it occurred to me, holy fuck. Next March 24 will be the 40th anniversary of the Breakfast Club. They are all grandparents by now.

My mind exploded when I found out that "the Nightmare Before Christmas" turned 30 this year.

It's so old, Jack Skellington might be dead now...😏

It's a show I remember seeing Shannon's dad watching many many moons ago. It's called "the Red Green show", and Allan has been playing it off prime ever since he saw it was there. He and his dad used to watch it all the time.

It's a "comedy" fishing, hunting, handyman show out of canada I think.

That rings a bell Sheila.  Will look it up.

I last watched Survivor.   I'm hooked.  Have been since in debuted 20 something years ago.  Karen and I never missed an episode.  Now Dan, the oldest and I watch together.

And should I just throw Jeff Probst in for "Celebrity I'd really really like to F*"

Obliterated on Netflix.

It's an action comedy 8 episode series. Might have a second season.

An elite American special force team thwarts a nuclear bomd threat in Las Vegas. After the victory, they celebrate hard. Drugs, alcohol, sex (plenty of nudity with some nice male full frontal), more drugs and then more drugs. They all get completely wasted and then find out, there is another bomb.

All eight episodes happen during a 24 hour period where most of them are trying to deal with being extremely high.

Gonna watch it again with Allan. He'll enjoy it for sure.

We've watched the first couple episodes. Laughed ass off. It's a crazy spoof that includes the nudity Shiela refered to.

All the laughing was hard on this old man. Fell asleep at the start of the third episode.

It's a funny diversion.

I binge watched Obliterated last night. Some of the most disturbing images ever committed to film since 2 Girls, 1 Cup.

My eyes needed bleaching afterwards.

It had its moments, but I want those 4 hours back. LOL.

We've watched the first three episodes so far. Guess we're not at the fountain scene yet. No I  don't know if we should go on if Toe and Shiela got grossed out.

I think PH has more issue with what happens to Trunk, the big black guy in the later episodes when he got captured.

No one really “did it” for me, except (surprise) the Russian, Lana . I thought “Tech Girl” Maya had a nice Velma vibe. I would have rather seen Chad fuck the shit out of her than Ava.  I bet she would have been a noisy, rude, sweaty fuck. She was so horny for him.

I’m embarrassed to admit that I had never seen “Once Upon a Time in America“, but I hadn’t, until last night. Absolutely loved it. Not only does it have an incredible storyline, but it also features the beauty of Elizabeth McGovern, and Jennifer Connelly. Oh, and DeNiro, Woods, and Pesci. Just fabulous. Released in 1984.

Had Christmas today. Both wife's son and my daughter have plans for tomorrow.

We had good dinner and our traditional Christmas movie. Nothing brightens the holidays like "Die Hard". No matter how many times we see it it's so much fun.

And yes...it is a Christmas movie. ;D

Bradley Cooper’s “Maestro” on Netflix. The complicated life and artistry of Leonard Bernstein.

You must see this. Cooper will be nominated for an Oscar. Don’t know if he can beat Cillian Murphy in “Oppenheimer,” but he should. The piece is amazing. So many layers. The art. The relationships. Struggling with bi-sexuality in the Cold War Era.

The pinnacle moment of the movie sees Cooper as Bernstein, conducting the London Symphony Orchestra in Mahler's euphoric Symphony No.2 in Ely Cathedral – a moment that took over six years of preparation, to film in a single take.

It’s Cooper’s pìece de resístance. Restored my faith in American cinema.

I didnt even know that much football could air in a day, but then it's college, and there are more than a couple of those out there.

Tried watching Asteroid City on prime. Allan's a Johansson fan so we figured we'd give it a shot.  Movie made no friggin sense at all.

John wick is on Netflix. I told allam we cam watch it but he needs to skip past the part with the puppy. He failed to do so, so I drove home crying and now I'm watching Christmas movies. Christmas chronicles to be exact.

I still think Kurt Russell makes santa sexy!
