In the summer, I run. About 35 miles a week. I'd love to substitute some of that with swimming, but the pool at the house is too small and I won't pay for a gym membership.
I despise winter and cold. Right now I stay indoors, I'm on the elliptical, I work out with bands, kettle ball, weights. When I don't do any of those, I do pushups, pull ups and crunches. I have some P90X DVD's but only halfway utilize them, and then stopped all together. I think that is more about the eating along with that plan though. I couldn't do it. I don't want the bulky muscles, just the toned arms, legs, and abs (which currently are in hiding).
And I personally LOVE to get all sweaty, sticky and smelly.
