I have been looking for a story for ages.
It involves a teenager who uses a taser to shock a female bully. When the bully is passed out the girl ties the bully naked to a wagon. The girl then rides around town on her bike to allow people to grope and screw the bully who gets a sunburn. The story also involves a guy stuffing the bully's pussy with cherries. The girl takes the naked bully to swimming pool to be screwed by the people hanging out at the pool. At the end of the story the bully has to run home naked.
The main character from this story was also involved in the humiliation of a Filipino cheerleader she as naked in a wheel barrow.
