Memory is weirdly specific on many thins, but nothing that has helped in my searches over they past few days. Might be because I'm combining multiple stories.
There are at least two stories, each with multiple chapters/scenes.
Anyhow, on the off chance that someone might recognize this, here goes.

- Mom (might be named helen)

- Oldest Sister (maybe stephanie)
- Middle Brother (maybe robert/bobbie but doesn't like whatever the short version of his name is)

- Mom's Father, is also the Head Researcher or somehow in charge of the project
- A random guy that brings a report to the Head Researcher
Chapters/Scenes (in rough order, might be skipping something)
- Middle Brother & Youngest Sister wake up naked and laying on top of each other. She makes fun of him because she has something in his butt. They then have some sort of liquid injected anally that causes them both to feel "tingly" and she starts sliding around on him as the contact gives her pleasure. She's initially restrained such that she can't move enough for penetration (and the brother fears she'll dislocate her shoulders) but at some point the restraints are loosened and she goes all the way. At the end of the chapter we find out that Mom has been watching the whole thing and somehow is responsible for them being in this place.
- Think there is a scene here where Mom & Mom's Father have sex as she's not been allowed to either masturbate or cum for some period of time. At some point they discuss a little about why he left.
- Middle Brother & Youngest Sister again, this time restrained face-down, ass-up. A door opens to let two dogs in. She doesn't realize what's about to happen, but he does. Dogs knot, yada-yada. Afterwards, they go to another room and see jars of the substance that makes them feel good.
- Oldest Sister wakes up with a (double ended?) strap-on, throws a fit. Voice from an unknown person (ends up being the mom) tells her that she will rape her dad as payback for something her dad did to an ex-girlfriend year ago. Oldest Sister refuses and Dad is given electric shocks until she complies. Oldest Sister also has the gel substance injected anally and pretty much loses control as she fucks him. - Mom's Father says that they found the one they were looking for, that everyone's memories will be wiped and returned home not knowing anything.

- The youngest sister was taken, so nobody remembers her except for Middle Brother who sees her in his dreams. I think he wakes and goes down for breakfast where everyones chair has a dildo which they all sit on. I think some of the dildos are molded after Dad, Mom's Father, Mom's Grandfather, and maybe Middle Brother.
- Mom does some heavy BDSM to Dad, to the point he passes out.
- Kids decide they need to run away, mom/dad are killed by govt, house burns and kids get away?
