Kinda is. I tried to explain to your moronic ass before that posting stories about pedo isn't illegal in america, you didn't understand it then.

As I have said 4 or 5 times now and you lack the intellectual ability or the reading comprehension to understand, I have no problem with Toe removing the picture, I just replaced it. I also will respond to his snark, or anyone's snark, with my own.

As to pedopics, I have contacted moderators before (June 18, 2013 GRM) about pictures that I thought were too young. GRM said that he believed the girl was legal and that Toe probably wouldn't post underage girls.
