Turkey Alfredo tonight. The cooking with leftover’s begins.
We had open faced turkey sandwiches. We took the stuffing and smooshed (an official cooking word of mine) it into cupcake pans and baked it for 40 minutes. They came out pretty good. A bit crispy outside and moist inside.
I didn't have any pumpkin pie yesterday because I was so stuffed, but I had it today. Yum.
I had an open face turkey sandwich for brunch yesterday, bread, turkey and gravy.
Dinner was the wings, stuffing, potatoes, parsnips and rutabaga all with more gravy.
My pumpkin pie is in the freezer, working on a pecan pie these last couple days washing that down with a high end bourbon.
I’m still lounging in bed, but thinking about a cold turkey sandwich with bacon, lettuce and lots of mayo.
