I have a story featuring her elsewhere. Describing her being stripped from that exact outfit to Eve-nudity was an amazing writing experience. I'll never forget the scene where she was naked and sitting on the rug with her legs folded under her, the whiteness of her body looking bright against the dark woodwork inside the diner car.

I thought the same thing as MJ and ODK. When I saw that clip, I assumed it was a fake.

I googled pictures of her (I mean, regular pictures, with her clothes on), and she's nowhere near that busty.

But googling also revealed that she has had breast enhancement surgery at least twice, and when you look at pictures of her today, she very much is "that busty."

So maybe they're real?

This scene from the movie is cropped above her boobs.  But the footage in the movie has her holding a towel and or a wash cloth, either one or the other at all times.  This is a very well done fake. 
UNLESS it's an outtake, which we know there are some that get leaked.  For example Jennifer Aniston

There's a slight glitch in the movement of her hand. It makes sense if she were pulling on a towel or robe.
