What ruined my day?
Seeing someone else getting blamed for the faults in me…
I had a couple of minutes to spare today so logged in to see, what was happening here,  saw the whole back-and-forth in the TIL thread.
Really wished I could have made it in time, but alas was minutes too late…
Honestly people, as bad as it feels to be blamed for someone else’s mistakes, it feels equally bad to see someone else blamed for my mistakes…

Weather in Florida was 37 this morning.  Only 56 now. 

And to think I was on a boat in the Atlantic in only my bathing suit just 7 days ago.

I need to go back to the Florida Keys it seems

At least the temperatures will bounce back up to the 70s and 80s in a day or two, not like the four or more months up here before we see the 70s.

Thank you love. Prescription ibuprofen is about the best I can get, but it messes with my stomach, so I usually just use tylenol. I usually just lay down and not move until it passes.

I flew into Orlando Saturday night. 37° and strong north wind. I only packed shorts and a polo. Thank goodness I still had a sport coat on. But it was cold as shit. Very un-Florida like.

And Orlando is kind of what ruined my day. I drove 100 miles on Friday to pick up my foster child. Then I drove to San Antonio and took a plane to Orlando. Only had a few hours sleep, and spent most of yesterday getting her Covid tested and on a plane for Ukraine. My late flight back was delayed by hours. I landed in San Antonio at two in the morning today, and had to drive back to Austin. Let’s just say I was a little bagged. I’m really too old for this shit.

February, in Wisconsin, and I killed mosquito in my apartment last night... a friggin mosquito. Even the bugs are enjoying the heatwave
