The worst part is that now that it's been explained to me, it is so obvious on what he meant.  Had I actually thought about it, it makes more sense than how I was taking it.

After 5 days off, I'm back at work and it couldn't be a more boring day. Paperwork paperwork paperwork.

It is a great thing we have no pets in for medical reasons, and we only have 4 dogs in daycare.  That I am happy about.  However, of the 4 dogs we have 3 are basset hounds, and the other is a very senior dog.  None of them are play and run around dogs.  The basset hounds come out and just roam around with their noses stuck to the floor.  That's all they do is just sniff around.  I dont even think they are aware that I'm there until I snap a leash on them and bring them back to their kennel.  And Rhino just lays there and wants his butt scratched.

I feel like I've been here forever, and my day isn't even half over yet.

One of the Bassets I used to walk. Wife dressed them up each month and at the end of the year I made a calendar for us and the owners.



Both are gone now. When we went to the dog park, they tore the place up running with the other dogs. And yes...sniff everything. Second best nose in dogdom.

Wisconsin is making headlines again as 500 doses had to disposed of. Human error is the reason.  They were left out of a pharmacy refrigerator and went bad.

I swear this state just loves being a cautionary tale.  :facepalm:

The good news is Illinois took Wisconsin off its Red alert yesterday, as it pertains to the virus. ;D

Every company that does anything on tv, is making their own streaming service.  Make more money that way.  Because of this greed, I have now lost "The Office" from Netflix to NBC's Peacock.  And because of this, I am choosing to see that name, as a slam against the size of the men in charge.

I am not subscribing to it for one damn show.  Thankfully netflix has suggested a plethora of choices to substitute this major loss... they're all terrible, and I don't like them.

I feel your pain but in this instance I see it is available with my Amazon Prime contract.  I might see how it compares with the much praised UK original.

Lot of the TV shows can be found on YouTube.  I just found out that Comcast jacked up the rental fee they charge for their cable boxes 50% without informing their subscribers. All one really needs to see pretty much of what is out there is to have Netflix, Amazon and YouTube.

Ok...not a ruin my day...but a bit of a sad.

Saw today was Liz's birthday. I miss her, along with other regulars who have moved on.

I know, life changes and I can't judge. Still I miss 'em.

All I can say is, "Bite me!" (Liz's regular response to teasing for you new ppl)

A trip to the hospital.  Not me.  One of the others in my house.  Back home now.  She'll be okay.  8 stitches along the hairline.
