Thursday night football.  Forgot the packers played tonight and god yelled at by my dad.  Didn't have the deviled eggs so got yelled at again.  Double jinx, if they lose it is my fault.

Oh and I get to hear everybody piss, bitch, and moan about joe Buck, and Troy Aikman calling the game.

I had to cut Dan off from deviled eggs.  He's awful to be around a couple of hours later.
It's like if it causes that much gas, why upset your stomach and eat them then?
Ruined my day even thinking about him eating deviled eggs.

I don't eat them, just taste while I'm making them, and I'm usually gone by the time fallout happens.  The only time I suffer is if I bring a guy with me to the party, who partakes in the eggs.

I've fallen (or been knocked down) about 7 or 8 times while running.

Update:  8 or 9 times now.
Yesterday, around 4:00.   Running along the sidewalk through our sub.   One house had a large quantity of leave across his whole front yard.  The sidewalk was covered with about 4 inches of them.  Dan ran through in front of me and was kicking them up in a joyful goofy way.  I just ran through normally and a fallen branch covered by the leaves caught me at both ankles.   I went down like a sack of potatoes.   As I told Toe last night during our pillow talk PM's, unfortunately the many leaves did not cushion my fall to the sidewalk.   Scuffed up knees is the worst of it of my injuries.  I'm fine.

And before I get a smart aleck comment from Watcher, Army or MS....yes, having scuffed up or red knees or rashes on my knees is out of the ordinary for me.  Goofs!

Christmas music will begin at 4pm today on one of the local radio stations and will play nonstop through December. I have nothing against Christmas music but playing it six weeks before Christmas!!

I don't mind little girl hair, but I hate bed head.

"I can brush it myself, Mommy"

While you say ouch and get the brush stuck in your hair. It looks cute and pathetic for about 5 seconds.

Time for haircuts again.

I was going to say why not just run around the leaves, but that may have put you on the road, and we all know how that may have ended.  At least it wasn't worse.  Scraped knees are the worst, at least it's that time of year for pants, so you wont get those looks.

You're too much of a gentleman Obs to say it on the public board.
Not that you would hold back from saying it in a PM though.

From Neville, hacking Dad's log in:

It's beautiful outside. Blue skies and temps in the 60s. What's Dad doing??? The #&*#@*# crossword. I got up on his table and started knocking everything to the floor. Finally he gave up and we're going out. Gotta run... meow!

A Christmas commercial I've enjoyed the past several years is the Hershey Kisses being bell ringers. No matter how often I see it, I get grin on my face. (Yes, I'm easily amused)

This morning I saw that commercial. :emot_weird:  Way too soon!  No doubt everyone will be rushing the season to try and recoup losses from the Covid shut down.

While I understand, it's still too damn soon. :emot_banghead:

I agree. Least wait until the week of Thanksgiving. I am guessing online sales will break records this year due to the pandemic.

What ruined my day?....

Thinking about buying gifts.   I normally have Christmas shopping done by now, with only a couple things to get on black Friday.  I want to enjoy the holidays from Thanksgiving, right through Christmas and not fret about gifts.   I'm so far behind.

The middle one has asked for a Nintendo Switch.  $400 for the console.  $25-$50 for a game.  UGH   They have a 60 in 1 arcade cocktail table in the basement, and a Wii on the big screen at their disposal in the basement.  Neither are good enough.

The oldest wants a handgun.   Yeah, that's a NO!  She can shoot mine at the range, but she is NOT getting a CPL.

The little one, I don't even know.

I did get a Block Rocker Portable speaker on sale for $129 at Sams Club.  Ordered Two wireless mics on Amazon.  Karaoke time!!
I also purchased for the oldest a Plant Propegator where you scar the bark of a branch and wrap dirt and plastic around it and 3 months later prune it off and it is a new plant ready to go in the ground.  She's a big plant freak.  I know she'll love it. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08HWQVBQG

Time for me to get to work.
