Yeah, and I cough a lot from post nasal drip.  I really have learned to supress my cough.

Cough once out in public and you get a bunch of evil glares. I also have post nasal drip and have pretty much controlled it too. Though it never fails when I have the occasional cough, it happens to be when I am around people.

I cough and sneeze a lot at work because of workshop dust.

As we came closer to closing, if I coughed within earshot of the boss' office, he'd appear at the door and ask it was the usual cough, or a new one...

With the changing of the season my hayfever is going apeshit. I took enough antihistamines to sedate Keith Richards.

Pollen counts have been off the charts this spring.  Trouble is, if you sneeze in public, you’ll set off a stampede these days.  Note:  Sneezing is *not* a symptom of COVID-19.  But it is a potential death sentence those nearby, if you have it.

After an emergency moderator meeting, I regret to inform you Johnny, that you are banned from the hot tub until further notice.   That red nose and water eyes have me freaked the f*@& out.

My almost 6 year old came down to the basement last night while I was doing laundry. She had a bad dream that people were trying to take her away from me. Took an hour to reassure her she's safe and sound here and no one can take her away from me.

A year ago she was in a terrible situation. It's still hard for her to accept that's over and this is her home and family now.

A fork operator dumped a pallet full of chlorine in the warehouse.  I smell it and it just reminds me that I'm stuck in the god forsaken warehouse and not at the pool or lake

I have an estranged brother, who told some malicious lies that caused a horrible riff in the family, some 20 years ago. Everyone is still pissed about it, and he stopped talking to his own siblings about the same time. I always think about him on May 1, because it is his birthday. I usually send him a text message. Some years he replies, other years he doesn’t.

Keep in contact Toe. Age some times brings family bact together.

My sister's and I were estranged for about 20 years, mostly due to my drug use. I lost track of them as they both moved and had new phone numbers.

One day, looking at on line version of the old hometown paper, I saw an obit for my Nephew. He'd committed suicide. Went to funeral home site and they offered a feature to leave a message for the family. I did, including my email. I soon heard from my sister and we were able to reconnect.

Don't give up.

I like to think he knows what he did was wrong, and he feels ashamed. More likely, he feels he was unjustly accused of lying, and harbors bitterness from it. He thought he would turn my dad against me and my other siblings, and be the sole heir to dad’s fortune. So he spent 20 years kissing the old man’s ass (a terrible thought), is more or less reviled, and has nothing to show for it. So he lost the family’s good graces, and still won’t even be able to cash in on what he did.

He never had children of his own.  He does not know his own nieces and nephews.  His wife is a pill popping boozehound.  So it leaves me scratching my head.  What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
