Wow.  Thanks.  I’ve been having this dream off and on for 45 years.  I recognize it in my dream now.  “Oh, here comes the Devil... FUCK YOU!”

My mother had very animated beliefs concerning Satan, demonic possession, exorcisms, etc., and scared the hell out of me and my siblings when we were kids.  Now, not so much.

I got it from my grandfather who raised me; he’d tell the same stories over and over.  While many things about him bugged me, but that didn’t.  A good story is a good story and deserves to be told often.

My man is out of town.
My niece has been crying with an ear ache all night.
Internet speed is spotty.  Netflix streaming is stuttering terribly.

Last several days, actually.

Woke Saturday morning with hot & cold running sweats, and felt like I'd lost the 20KM marathon race.  Today I'm better, at last.  Wow, flu bugs don't usually kick my ass this hard.

After lunch on Wednesday I got the chills.   Then I was hot.   In the car ride home my feet were freezing but my forehead and scalp were perspiring.  I was sure I had something.  I was so upset   3 hours later I was normal.  Thank goodness.
I know a number of people that have contracted the flu and it seems to be a real butt kicker.

I rarely weight myself.  Last time was Jan 2nd to discover I didn't gain anything from mid November to after new years.  Yay, right?

Well, I stepped on the scale after getting home from work and discovered I am up 7 pounds.  WTFitty F'in F

Is it possible it is just excess water weight - part of PMS?  I used to gain 5-6 pounds before my period every month.
