I am glad I read through all the posts since the singer of Cat's in the Cradle was misidentified.  Maybe Pornhubby was thinking of Cat Steven's Father and Son.

Twice now that I've tried sending a PM to Watcher, only for him not to get it. First one I thought that I sent it to somebody else, but this second one I know I sent it to him, yet he's not getting them. Going to start sending multiple copies.

Procrastination. I have a legal writing assignment that I have put off starting forever. Now I have only 36 hours to finish the project. And it looks like it’s a 36 hour project. Which means it’s going to be a very long Thursday night. Somebody start that pot of coffee for me.

Our newspaper delivery on weekends is iffy. So with temps at zero I'm not surprised I don't have my paper. Now our cable and internet access is out! Feel totally cut off from the world. :facepalm:

My phone can still access the internet and I have unlimited data so I'll survive. What a joy this age of technology is.  :emot_laughing:

Truly, when internet and cable are both out,
It seems like a hermit's life.
Still, there's the bright side of having mobile internet, plus maybe this downtime can bring other benefits?

My grandparents were snowbirds too...

Had dozens of accidents throughout the state due to snow squalls.  For those who don't know, a snow squal is almost like a mini blizzard. Moderate snow fall, but it has severe gusting winds. I was in Milwaukee when it started and decided it best to stay put, so I stayed at the hotel for another 24 hours.

Glad you stayed put. Snow squalls are dangerous. Near white out conditions and ice forming on the roads. Not a time to travel.

Hope your hotel had a pool and well stocked mini barr. :D
