I use Google image search and then type in a topic of choice.  You'd be surprised what pops out when you set the ADULT or EROTIC flag.

If you're not comfortable with image editing, let me know and I can help crop/resize/whatever if you find a pic that you like.


edit: you DO need to type in a usable search term for Google, though.  I hunted for giant inflatable lizard porn one time and got virtually zero results!  Who'd have thought?
