No more for me since last January. My Oncologist cancelled that for me to treat my prostrate cancer.

The good news is it's working. Then my PSA number was 70 something. Normal around 7. Now it's down to 2 something.
PET scan showed prostrate is much improved.

Hey, I had over 60 years of beating off...a lot.  Retirement ain't so bad and still have memories. ;D :emot_laughing:

Mostly daily for this year…
Many times twice in one go.
Only some times, has there been a gap in between.  With the longest being 4 days.
Actual record for abstinence was 47 days, and highest number of times in a day was 4. Both figures of last year.

Just did since my last post.  I went in to the bedroom closet to put on my jammie's.  Dan was in the shower.  I walked in and brushed my teeth as I watched him in the mirror then I started to change and got the urge.  Boosted myself up on the counter and watched him as I touched myself.  He noticed and turned the water off and began drying off.  He opened the glass door and stepped out and watched.  I watched his resection grow and thought how wonderful it would feel.  My O hit me.

It varies.
