Yes, with the exception of Impeachment for himself, the President has Pardon Power that is tremendous. And there are some other opinions by DOJ, besides the 1974 opinion, regarding the Office of the President for Pardons.

Awarding a Pardon where there is/was no actual Crime is not practical. Baiting the Congress by granting self pardon is not wise, as the President has stated.

Ok, I have read this board on and off for the last couple of months.  And yes Trump can be an idiot and likes to put his foot in his mouth.  But he was and is still better than the alternative at the time. (And I am still waiting for the blow hards that said they would leave the country to leave. A full year and a half later)

Now lets think about what you want. You want Trump impeached and run out of office.  Ok lets say that happens. Then you get Pence.  He is a true believer. And all you have done is managed to piss off a bunch of republicans that now will force stuff you don't like down the throats of democrats for spite.  This to me seems kind of stupid.  But so be it.   

And on the idea of pardoning himself the justice department put out a memo about the president not being able to pardon himself. It was an opinion. And opinions are like assholes, everybody has one and most stink.   It is not clear in the law and until someone tries it and fails or succeeds it is just an opinion. 

Now let the stones begin and the rants of resist start.

I like the idea that a voice can just go somewhere, uninvited, and just kinda hang out like a dirty thought in a nice clean mind. Maybe a thought is like a virus,  it can kill all the healthy thoughts

Pence may be "worse" to some, but he wouldn't be a thorough embarassment to the office of President.  He probably would have not supported Nazis.  His wife reportedly was enraged when the Access Hollywood tape came out.  He would not be the misogynist at the level Trump is.  Pence probably would not tweet us into a nuclear war with North Korea.

He wouldn't be trying to enrich himself and family to the extent Trump is.

The GOP is afraid of their donors only.  That's the only reason this racist, misoginistic shitshow is allowed to continue.

The GOP is in charge of all three branches of the federal government, and still can't get out of their own way.  Getting rid of Trump is not going to effect anything negatively to that party in terms of legislation.

Granted the GOP is full of Fuck up in many ways.  But like Obama and Trump the power of the Executive order is pretty big.  And what it can do to agencies under the executive branch. ie the FCC, EPA, Labor department.

Unless you count Meuller, who apparently said he was a Republican many years ago, there are NONE. Certainly no prosecutors who maxed out donations to the RNC and the Trump Campaign during the 2018 cycle.

I am sure one could google to find the thirteen names. Mainstream broadcasts often do not report, but rather ignore such issues entirely. Fox would have the list of names, MarkLevin.com would as well, many places have written on this and listed each of the SC's team in some detail.

Thank you.  I did some Google searches.  There are about 32 attorneys and financial forensic experts on Mueller's team.  Four of them have FEC filings showing donations to the Democrats or Democratic candidates.  So to say they are all Democrats and that they have all donated to Democrats is a lie.

However, if 13 of them are actually Democrats, that means 19 are possible Republicans.  This does not feel politically slanted towards Democrats to me.

Once again Trump is just trying to discredit the investigation with lies.
