It’s too bad the defendants at Nuremberg didn’t think of adding ‘I was being sarcastic’ to their defense that was largely based on ‘I was only following orders’.

The paper checks are not only getting signed by Trump against IRS policy, but they include in the envelope a blatant campaign ad meant to make people believe Trump and the GOP are giving you this money.  Dubya tried to pull some shit like this, but the IRS pushed back and it didn’t happen.  But Trump has completely corrupted all aspects of the Executive Branch and much of the Legislative and Judiciary Branches.
