I noticed that too.  Tremendous has been his go to word for weeks now.

I didn’t see the disinfectant/ light and heat bit until this morning.  It was tremendously staggering stupidity.  And the WH and Fox (coordinating their message as always) say the media took those comments out of context.  Really?  And what context was missing?

“And then I see the disinfectant where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning? So it'd be interesting to check that." […] Pointing to his head, Mr Trump went on: "I'm not a doctor. But I'm, like, a person that has a good you-know-what."

Every time I talk to people I know that voted for Trump and liked thay "he speaks his mind".  I can't help but laugh now.  These live reports are a tremendous help in showing just how ignorant he is

Trump said he was being sarcastic when he was mentioning Lysol but, as always, an audio recording proved otherwise. The manufacturers of Lysol quickly announced that their products are not to be taken internally.

Speaks his mind.  It’s more that he says whatever pops into his head without any filter or constraints as to facts or accuracy.  Even when it would benefit him to tell the truth, he’ll still veer off course into dishonesty.
