Today, Trump threatened to remove security clearances from the six past security heads, including Comey and rice. While he is totally within his rights and capacity to do that, he overstepped the line into an unconstitutional act by giving cause for why he was threatening stripping their security clearances. Because they disagreed with him.
This raises the question of does he understand the phrase “freedom of speech” in context with the First Amendment. As POTUS any attempt by him to stifle free-speech of a private individual who disagrees with him is unconstitutional.
