  Hillary and Bill, the Clinton Foundation, have no worries at all, and expect the Special Counsel and her/his team of specialist lawyers will be fully exonerated at the end of the day, certainly by 2022 or so.

  The Archives can begin to release the first Clinton Impeachment evidence and items sent to the House related to that Impeachment, in 2025, I believe. Would have been just after her second term, had she won in 2016, but she did not win, so still 25 years after the first Clinton Impeachment.

There is no reason to appoint a special counsel. She is a private citizen. If there is evidence of wrong doing all it takes is for the DOJ to conduct an investigation and hen bring charges as appropriate.

Special counsels are needed only if there is an issue of conflict of interest, i.e. a government official connected to law enforcement (FBI, DOJ, White House).

How ignorant is everyone? Pretty ignorant, especially those connected with this administration not to know the law.

But Giustra, Smith noted, “says he sold his stake in the company back in 2007,” three years before the uranium/Russia deal and “a year and a half before Hillary Clinton became secretary of state.” He added:

. . . The accusation is predicated on the charge that Secretary Clinton approved the sale. She did not. A committee of nine evaluated the sale, the president approved the sale, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and others had to offer permits, and none of the uranium was exported for use by the U.S. to Russia.
