I would really like better relations with Russia.  But the biggest obstacle to that is Putin.  Yes Putin, starting war with his neighbors and annexing their territory instead of seeking better relations with them as an equal.  Then there is also Putin interfering in our election, and the elections of other democracies.  Putin wants to discredit democracies so he can say at home that his system is better, and use it as an argument to stifle dissent. How can anyone trust this guy?  If Trump thinks he can be trusted Trump is delusional, but hey, we already knew that.

Now Trump has spit on the constitution by pardoning a man who disregards due process and the idea that a person is innocent until proven guilty.

Yes, Sheriff Joe Arapio, who has harmed many people by imposing harsh sentences on people before they ever had their day in court.  He forced people awaiting trial into a tent prison where temperatures have reached over 120F resulting in several deaths and many illnesses. His victims have been awaiting justice for a very long time.

The authorities finally found him guilty of contempt concerning racial profiling, but this is just a small part of his crimes.  And yet it was this that led Trump to grant a pardon. 

I am sick to my stomach.
