Anyone into it this year? My home team Tigers won their division yesterday for the forth year in a row and start the playoff's on Thursday. I hope they make it a ways in but I really do not thing it will last past winning the first round.

Go Tigers!
I was there yesterday with daughter, sis-in-law and father-in-law.   1-0 after 7, had me nervous.   Luckily the 8th gave us some breathing room.

Father-in-law has 4 tickets for all postseason games.    Hopefully I'll be to a few.

Have faith Coach.   Baltimore is good, but if Detroit can hit the ball, they'll win.   Our starting pitching is way better than theirs.   Our bullpen on the other hand...

Angels are going to be tough to beat in the ALCS.  Hope KC/Oak upsets them.

National league....Dodgers or Nat'l's.    Whoever wins the NL, I predict will win the WS.

No, no, no!   You have 3 ex T.Rangers on our team.   You need to root for the Tigers.

K.C. is probably out of it tomorrow night anyways.   Oakland should beat them.

Once again, we Twins fans are saying, "Wait until next year!".  Today the gave the ax to Ron Gardenhire and let the entire coaching staff go.  Question is....Will the ownership spend some money for better pitching to back up the new coaching staff?

Ahhh, the Detroit Tigers... Thomas Magnum always wore that Detroit Tigers cap, i'd like to think more than a few Magnum, P.I. fans in the '80s and since have become Tigers because of Magnum. :^)

lol, msslave. That has been the Chicago Cub fans mantra for decades.  For me, I am hoping a National League takes it this year.

Don't see the Royals coming back  while down 4.
Oakland could do some damage.
The Dodgers better not be too confident.

Wow, wish I hadn't turned TBS off.   Must have been a good one.   4 runs by KC in the bottom of the 8th & 9th to win it in the 12th.    See ya next year Oakland.

All you American League fans.  Had to go to the designated hitter because your league was slumping.  If the pitcher is pitching, he should bat. There have been some very good pitchers who could also hit.  ;D

I've flip flopped on the DH thing.  I'm food with their being two different systems in place.

F'n Tigers bullpen tonight.   Blah.  That was fugly.   They'll be back in game 2 though.   Will be taking  a tv to work with me for the noon game.

Just listened to the Tigers (Game 2) while at work.
To the Tigers bullpen, particularly Soria and Chamberlain...

Longtime Giants fan! Not sure if their pitching will be strong enough for a deep run, but it will be fun to watch.
