This is actually a neither here nor there situation. I get my mail 5-6 PM. A letter from the VA, "We've been trying to call you about the at home nursing but you didn't answer. Refusing service will be reported to your Dr."
A lie, they called on the 6th, but I missed the call because I was in the restroom draining my bladder when they called, but then I immediately called them back.
So, I called early this AM. The nurses were supposed to be coming out, starting on the 12th, so the person I spoke to said she would shoot those folks an email and find out WTF. In any case, on the 2nd, the pharmacy at the VA gave me three large shopping bags full of wrappings, dressings and such. A "silver oxide" dressing has decreased the size of the wounds and stopped most of the drainage.
