Had family friends visiting from Kentucky that past week. Been a LOT of driving around to door county and a few spots my dad loves going to. Every day they had to stop someplace for cheese curds.

They really like my new mom, and they wanted to meet Allan, but he never seemed to be free when they were in the area. We'd be up at the tip of the peninsula and he send a text asking where we were at.

I think this "engagement" has changed him. He always busy, and we only have sex 2 or 3 times a week instead of the usual 4 or 5. I thought I was the one to lose interest 😂🤣 or we've both been rather busy this past month. That the more likely reason. We never miss a chance to lay a fresh coat of stank on that gaming chair. :emot_thdrool:

Been a good week, has been a great month.

Watcher remembers when he and the Mrs had sex 4 or 5 times a week, then 2 or 3 times a week, then.....😎

WOO for the phrase " lay a fresh coat of stank on the gaming chair". 💋

“I’ve loved you for 30 years”

She's single and lonely. If you weren't good enough for her then, she's not good enough for you now. Her relationships have failed, and now she's regreting leaving and remembering how hot and heavy you two were, and let's not forget that fantastic looking dick you've got 🍆🤤.

Her loss!!

She’s been calling and texting 3 to 5 times a day. I just put her on block. To review:

30 years ago, we were hot in the sack.  We were preparing to go to NOLA for New Years and the Sugar Bowl.

She said she had to run back by her place for “something she forgot.” She never came back. I found out later she reunited with her old boyfriend. They got married. No harm no foul.

Thirty years later, she calls out of the blue to apologize. Okay. But that train left the station about 29 years ago. Don’t tell me you “still” love me. You don’t know me.

She is hyper chatty, disclosing waaaay too much information, and not respecting boundaries. I think she is either on drugs, off her meds, bi-polar, or something else.

Hoping she takes the hint and leaves me alone.

What made my day? A beautiful October night, lawn mowed so I don’’t have to deal with it over the weekend, a good drink and a pretty good football game

Cousins throwing for over 500 yrs and driving down the field at the end to win. Yes, I agree Coach, it was a pretty good game to watch.

Traveling in my RV full time by myself can get lonely. I do speak with my daughters often but I don't get much one on one with people.

I found that when visiting a cities, attending church I get to meet people. The funny thing about this is that I'm not religious. But it's nice to sit with others and I'll meet some people before and after the service. My mom was Methodist and took us kids to Methodist churches when we were little. I was Christened in a Methodist church, so I will attend those churches. Sorry I'm getting off track for the reason I was posting.

I was talking about loneliness.

When I was a kid, I had a Golden Retriever, who was my best friend. I began thinking how much I would love a dog. I found a reputable breeder (read: not a puppy mill), and filled out an application. They called and we spoke for a bit. They were not thrilled about my being on the road all the time. I explained how this dog will be my life. She'll be with me 24 hours a day. By my side 24 hours a day. I don't fly on planes, I drive everywhere. I am very active and hike at least 8 miles a day weather permitting.  They said they'd call me with their decision.

A few days later they called and said my application was accepted.  When they next bred one of their dogs I would be considered That was three months ago..

On Friday the breeder called and informed me that one of their dogs was pregnant. I'm third in line for a female. I told them I'd be willing to accept a male instead but there was a 10 person waiting list.  Fingers are crossed that she has at least 3 females. Due in two weeks I'm very excited.

I grew up with a German Shepherd/Wolf mix. She was highly intelligent. My mom had her spayed after one litter. I'm happy for people that get dogs with some size and sense. IMO, a Husky is only good if you have a large yard, and preferably in a rural area. A setter should be a good decision for an RV, especially with the daily hikes.

The people that we know who have owned Huskies all said that no yard or fence could keep their Husky in. They loved their freedom. They are beautiful dogs with those beautiful blue eyes.

As a former owner of a sled dog team I agree. Huskies have the sweetest temperament. It's bred into them. You can't have a dog on your team that can't get along with other dogs or people.

HUG A HUSKY!

I love you guys.  You all warm my heart. All of you

Chris said. He had a surprise for me and took me to the movie theater. I cried as we pulled into parking lot. We used to go alll the time and this is first time in 4 months. I didn't care what movie I was just so happy

And bigger surprise was that Barb and Melissa were there when we walked down the row
They were asking why I was crying. Little things I've been missing in life. Cottage last week. Movies this week. I love him so much

We watched White Bird.  And I cried a lot more. It was so good, but so sad.  Kindness , Acceptance, Bravery.  Please go see it

Now I'm crying happy tears. So great to see your progress Jules. No doubt you'll soon be picking up a towel from me at the Friday hot tub party.

Being towel boy with the Lady Sheriff absent made the job harder. ;D

Got my second social security payment today-right on schedule. I went and ran errands, went to the bank, then went to have copies made to file legal paperwork to get my two other pensions, went to the post office (return receipt requested) and then did some grocery shopping.

Glad to hear of your continuing progress, Jules.  KB is not the same without you. It's like a room with many windows but with the shades drawn. Every time that you now post, one window shade is rolled up and sun light streams into the room. Soon, sunshine will again fill KB. 😎❤💋
