I was unanimously ignored.

It feels nice.

If Lois ever got that ignore function that was promised this place would be much better.

I tried installing it and it blew the board up.  Thankfully I always have multiple backups.

You could try doing it manually.

I somehow got 2 subscribers on Youtube today, despite not having any content?  Weird, but I'm flattered.

I do, and it pisses certain people here off that I don't give them the attention they desperately crave so they inject themselves into conversations to bother me. Like you.  ;D

You're telling me google can harass me on every website I go to, make it so I can sign up for everything using my google account, but you can't make a simple ignore function so I never have to read one letter certain people here ever type again?

You're fired, someone call google.

I'm sorry I did that.  It was a sincere problem you're having with your family, and I should have left it alone.

I don't "Crave" attention, any more than you do.  In fact, I just noted how nice it was to be ignored, and you interjected, to annoy me.

You couldn't bring yourself to do that, in the thread I created for that purpose, you just had to do it here.

Thanks for making my day.

WHOA.....Hold On You Two.....!!!
When I'm in the mood, I'll go shopping (or window shopping at the mall) for hours.
I "may" buy something or I "may not".....there is no hard or fast rule about how much time I can take (or waste).....you don't have a right to bitch about any woman who goes shopping and takes her time (don't like it......don't go with her..!!).
Word of warning:  If you go shopping with me, and see that we are heading for a Barnes and Nobles Book Store....."bail out while you can" or be prepared to spend about 3 hours with me going through books ( I may not buy a thing, or I might just use you to carry the books that I do buy)....."Don't bitch about it, it's not you prerogative too......It's about me and shopping, it's not about you.....go wander around by yourself......  NUFF SAID.

Love,
Liz

Shopping is such a powerful draw that even in a tropical paradise (which is costing several hundred dollars a day just to be there) you're willing to ignore paradise and shop?  :o

Now Barnes and Noble I wouldn't mind the time in, but JCP or Kohls? I just try to find a comfortable place to sit and read an e-book on my phone. "Don't go with her" is not always an option.

Remmy

PS: "Shopping" means something entirely different to men than what "Shopping" means to women. That's not sexist, that's... just the way it is.

Disclaimer: The statement above is a generalization and while mostly true, there are surely individual exceptions for both genders.

Yes, silly me being in Hawaii and thinking time spent on a beach and swimming in a pristine ocean made more sense than hours of dress shopping in horribly overpriced shops?  I wanted to body surf in the famous Waimea Bay.  In the end she got her dress shopping with her sister and mom (with my credit card in her pocket).

Waimea Bay:

I prefer Kuai’i and Maui to Oahu, but took the kids to Waikiki a few years ago.  My son has a high end spectral disorder, and could not walk past three miles of gift shops without having a complete meltdown.  I finally bought him something and a bandana.  I blindfolded him, and carried him all the way back to the hotel.  I don’t think my wife would let me do that.

The trip was booked by my Peruvian’s family.  After I started dating her, she asked if I wanted to go.  I think I said, Hell yeah!’

But yes, not my first choice for the state of Hawaii, but it had a cool kind of retro feel staying in Waikiki Beach.  Book em Danno.

My family used to travel on the Matson Lines each year and stayed the the Halekulani (“House Befitting Heaven”).  The were only three hotels on Waikiki back then:  the Moana, the Royal Hawaiian, and the Halekulani.  So I’m nostalgic.

We stayed at the Halekulani, which is nothing like the original.  But I felt a connection with the grandparents.  So it was a good time.  But Waikiki is a mess.

Waikiki is a confusing maze of hotels, bars and shops with numerous pools inexplicably containing mostly African rift lake cichlids.

And at night, lots of Asian hookers.

WHICH beach was that again?  ;D

Oh.  Wait.  I'm in DALLAS, I have plenty of Asian hookers here.  :emot_kiss:
Google:"asian massage parlor" or AMP   I can suggest a couple of good info sites.  :D

We briefly had an Asian masssage parlor in my little town, but the local cops busted it for prostitution.  “I am shocked—shocked—to find that prostitution is going on in here!” — Capt. Louis Renault.

For the record, I have never made the acquaintance of any Asian hookers, in Waikiki Beach or elsewhere.  Asian strippers on the other hand. . . . . .

A nice long [online] chat with a good friend I don't see often enough.

We even planned a holiday together!

The mental image of Liz playing with Melvin in her bubble bath.

How adorable is that?  ^-^
