You can have them for a while if you want :-P. They are getting on my last nerve and I didn't think I had any left for them to get on.

You should try to get on their nerves as a payback. And if they send you away, some of us here will be more than ready to take you in. ;D

Something about something by someone important.

Dayum, girl!

So you didn't think clothes?

Ok, it was a pistol. Walther CCP.

I'm moving out one that I don't like so much, and this is the replacement.

Didn't James Bond carry a Walther?
yes, either a PP or PPK.

There are three kinds of people in the world. Those who can count, and those who can't.

LOL....I love you Katie........
But clothes...??
Listen girl......."Clothes For Me".
Blue jeans (most likely with knees ripped).
T-shirt in summer / Flannel shirt in winter.
Cowboy Boots (all the time, everywhere).
IH Baseball Hat (most times) (IH <---International Harvester).
Cowboy Hat about 0.002% of the time (only to impress, which is usually nobody).
Chaps, when the riding get rough.
Dress.....EWWWWWW, I think I have maybe 4 dresses that go with my boots.
Lingerie (a dresser drawer full) and yes I'll wear them.
Make-up......Forget about it, never gonna happen.
Soooo..........Can you say "Country"............

Love You,
Liz
PS:  Besides the Pistol Guess was easy (you forget we pretty much think alike when it comes to weapons).

My wife and I took the dog for a walk despite the heat. We walked by a lady throwing away an incredible stroller and tons of baby and kids toys!!!

The stroller I have, I got for my daughter and been using it ever since. This was way better. The lady was bringing everything out and I asked if she was selling or throwing away, and she said giving away. Anyone who wants can take. Her kids are all grown and they're not having anymore. So I scooped all of it up.  :D

My wife was embarrassed we were picking through trash but I didn't care, this stuff was great. I made her carry garbage bags home.  ;D

Cleaned up the stroller and stuff and it's good as new.  :D

Before you say we didn't need it, no one else was around and it was garbage day.

There is no shame in garbage picking.   You're saving something from filling the land fill.   Recycling.     I've made some fine picks in my time.

I was thinking you bought a slave

While you're waiting in vain for that apology, why don't you make yourself useful by getting on your knees and opening your mouth

Not a big thing but it still made my day. Out walking the dog this evening, I found an almost complete roll of unused (I know where this would go if I didn't specify) poop bags sitting on the side walk.

We often find empty beverage containers which we donate to charity (the is a refundable deposit on most beverage containers here).

We have also found blocks of cheese on the side walk in the past. This was near a grocery store and we figure they fell out of somebody's bag while walking home.

Free stuff is free stuff.

That is all.

Coming home early, and finding my two teenagers running around the neighborhood, on a hot summer day, playing Pokemon Go.  Say what you will about the game, I'm amazed that two boys their age would be outside in 95° heat.

Same here.   My niece is just itching for me to get home to play.     It's all good, she walks at a very brisk pace.    We bumped into some of her friends (boys and girls) and the pack of them took off in search of the next stop.    The joy these kids are having and interacting with each other, a few that she was not friends with before.    Not saying she's a couch potatoes, but some of the friends mothers are happy their kids are getting out also.   I'm missing out on my runs, but that's fine, too hot to run.   I've got some early morning runs planned this weekend.

Summary: Happy to see my niece making new friends and getting some exercise.

Coffee & toast served to me, while in bed.

I'm love!  How could I not be happy about that?

Out to the mall to walk around while it rained.    I was ordering some coffee while my niece waited outside.   As I stepped to the side to await my drink, a guy that was also waiting for his coffee started talking to me.   As he was handed his drink and was about to leave, he asked if I'd like to have coffee with him sometime.  (Funny as we were both getting a coffee right then).    But my niece steps in and says, "She can't, she has a girlfriend already."   He first seemed shocked at the sudden presence of my niece, but then looked at me for confirmation.    I just nodded.   He wished us both a nice day.

Cracked me up that my niece is looking out for me.   Though, he was kind of cute.

That is such a good feeling isn't it?  Only sex is better.

Nothing beats sex, I agree, but at my age, completing a New York Sunday crossword puzzle is close.  ;D

I had an old timer tell me years ago that once you get to a certain age dropping a deuce is better.
