Finally got to take the kids and dog to the park today. The sun is still brutal but the temp was nicer.

Summer needs to die already. I've had enough of it.

It's the simple things in life that make my day. Yesterday and today it was not having to pick up a student dropped motorcycle. Had a good group of students for this most recent rider training course. And we got finished early due to having a small group. Course timings are built around 16 students and we only had 6 (on purpose - not due to lack of interest in the program).

That is all.

My 4 year old would not leave me alone since it stormed at 3 this morning. Mommy had to snuggle with her and hold her hand. She hates really bad weather.

But it was so sweet she needed me to save her  8)

My sister's girlfriend was so happy about brexit. Today, with my help, my sister pulled her love out in front of the whole family, opened a little box with two rings inside, and asked her to marry her. It took not even half a second for her to say yes.

Yes, we all had our phones recording.

 Her family is so happy about brexit, her mom wants them to go visit right now. My wife and I already got them first class tickets  :D

It's Friday.   Looking forward to the weekend.
Beautiful weather today, tomorrow.   Chance of storms on Sunday.   
10 mile run tomorrow and then sitting by the pool.   Friend coming over.   Niece and Joe joining us.    Maybe invite some others over.     My friend has a Jimmy Buffett Margarita machine.  So a bit of drinking in there too.

I went shooting last night with my two snipers that I had just accuratized. Both are hitting in the 10 ring at 100 yards.

Thinking about accomplishing that has me happy.

Not so much today but over the weekend travelled across to the far side of the country to a wedding... great time... great friends and relatives... met  a number of new folk especially some Spaniards who spoke as much English as I speak Spanish...  :roll: we coped anyway... the alcohol helped...!

Looked over the results of my accuratizing the two PU snipers I have. Just realized that not only did I do the right things to improve their performance, I'm a good enough shot at distance to make my daddy proud.

You have no idea how it made me feel when I sent the target results to him and he complemented me.
