My ex contacted me last night, and we texted for a few hours.  She apologized, said that she was an idiot, that I was the best thing that ever happened to her, and that leaving me was the biggest mistake of her life.  Doesn’t change anything, but nice that we can finally agree about something.  LOL.

The sun made my day. When I get done at work, I'm going home to get some work done on my tan.  Maybe I'll tease the neighbors and get a little topless tanning in.

Doubt it, but just wanted to put that thought out there  :emot_kiss:

Wonderful dinner out for Easter. Wife's son came over and we crossed the river to St. Paul and our favorite restaurant.

They seem busier now. Still keeping tables spaced. Wait staff is so nice there and I've worried about them. Been leaving extra on the tip.

Happy Easter everyone.

The Easter bunny brought me my first shot yesterday.  Dan and I both.  Pfizer.

My arm hurts like I was punched, and I was really tired today.  Slept 8 hours last night and 3 hours midday after dinner with daddy and his friend over.  Dan has no effects.

Glad to hear a couple more friends got their shots.

Both my sister's are refusing to get the vaccine. They both spend time on facebook. Have a feeling that's where they are getting the idea dots are bad.

I helped my son write his mid-term for English Literature.  He “only” got a 90 on the paper.  I encouraged him to make an online appointment to discuss the grade.  He did, and the prof agreed he had covered all points outlined in the rubric. He raised the grade to a 94.

Our "Biden Bucks" showed up in our checking account this morning. Those of us on Social Security had to wait for SSA to get their act together and send the information to the IRS.

When this latest relief effort was announced, we discussed how to spend it. I mentioned another trip to the Black Hills. As wife has bad back and cao sleep in a bed, that poses a problem.

Her solution was fore to go on my own. So, one more reservation to make and May 20th, my cera and I will hit the road.  Thanks Joe!

I was supposed to meet up with friends this evening for a few drinks, but one found out that a sports bar nearby was having live music we all changed plans in a snap.  Been so long since I was at a concert or anywhere with live music, I wasn't going to pass it up.

They have a very large outside patio and the band had set up next to it with their own tent.  We tried to get there early as possible so we could be under the patio roof because it has heating vents that hang over the bar area.  Found out we didnt need to show up that early because there was only half the people there than what we expected.

When the music started that's when people started really showing up.  It was a little upsetting that maybe half the people were wearing masks but to be honest I kind of expected it.  I kept mine on unless I was actually drinking.  The band was pretty good, and we were able to request a few songs.  They mostly played a lot of classic rock.

The only bad part was when this one guy wouldn't stop trying to dance with us.  He didn't target any one of us specifically, but he was getting way to handsie for our liking. My friend/co-worker Kim, who is bisexual, was there, so we decided to act like we were a couple and started just dancing with each other. Slower ballets we held each other closed and that's when she kissed me.  I kissed her back and before I knew it, she had her arms wrapped around me and my fingers were in her hair.  We were kissing so hard my.lips almost hurt.  Just kidding, that last part never happened, but I couldn't help myself. The problem with that guy is true, and it wasnt until the band actually called him out that he left us alone.

Despite that one guy, had an excellent time.
