Seafood!  Yay!    And I had a delicious piece of Salmon for lunch.
Haven't had lobster in about 9 months.   One of my favorite things to eat.
Was in Boston last summer and had some delicious lobster rolls.    OMG, couldn't stop eating them.   Went down to Hyannis where a college gfs parents lived.   Her cousin is a lobster trapper.   The dinner I had that night, the lobster were 2 hours out of the ocean.   Yum.   

Go to Mystic Conn. and look for a place call "Abbott's Lobster In The Rough".
Great Seafood, Better Lobster.
Kinda Pricey, but worth it.

I loved Boston, Hyannis, MV's, Providence.   Made it as far west as New London.   Want to go back soon.  Need to head up to Acadia Natl Park.    Last year I was mainly south of Boston.    So beautiful.   We'd just get off 95 and discover the houses along the water.   Get back on, go a few more exits and then get off again and make our way to the seaside towns.    Mystic was a wonderful town.    My friend wants to go, maybe this summer again.   Will def visit Abbot's.   Thank you, Liz

Two already today.   
One was my 5 mile run in wonderful weather.   
The second was running by El Charro, a Mexican restaurant, and seeing their sign out front read "Home of the Puffy Taco."    I laughed and couldn't help but think of this board.   Normally it wouldn't have fazed me.  But hanging around here, my mind is in the gutter all the time it seems.

Huge party for my baby. Lots of presents, and my wife made a home made from scratch huge birthday cake that's completely gone, literally not even a crumb left. Spent a fortune on pizza, which is also almost completely gone. No ice cream left. My living room looks like a nuke went off and the kids are in sugar and pizza comas. I can't even get them to take their baths.

I'm happy everyone had a great time, but my heart is crushed another of my babies is a year older  :'(
