70...The repair shop called.   My car is ready for pickup.   Had it for just over 2 weeks...have driven it for 6 days, in the repair shop for 10 days.

71... Friday...High School football game.  Lin loves it, especially the cheer leaders.  Stood on the opposite side of the fence with about 4 other girls and imitated their cheers the entire game.  The Cheer coach tossed the girls some pom-poms, made her night.

72... Saturday...An old friend stopped by for a visit.  Drinks and catching up.

73... Sunday...Family dinner at my house.  My sis-in-law is Canadian, so we celebrated Canadian Thanksgiving with Turkey and all the fixings.   Went out and cut the grass and came back in to "that smell".  Mmmm-mmm. 

74... Monday...found a $5 bill on the ground.  Thought it was a 50 at first, dang.

The days have gone by so quickly... lost count of the day number so here goes...

Yesterday... my son in law had an accident... he's okay... a car ran into his lorry... no injuries fortunately...

A friend was rushed to hospital in a diabetic coma...

Enjoyed a ride out into the country... found a pub for a meal...

76... Co-Worker brought in a couple of boxes of doughnuts from the cider mill.  Sugar and plain.   Nothing like a fresh sugar doughnut dunked into hot coffee.

77...One of the delivery drivers that frequents my place of work became a father last Friday.  He was handing out HerSHEis Chocolate bars (Hershey's with special wrappers).   I'm always happy when someone gives me chocolate.   Will share it with my chocolaholic daughter when I get home.
