I know Rope is into the whole healthy eating thing, but the holidays wreck havoc on normal dietary habits, timing, and quantities. I bet I gained 5 pounds last week, and not in a good way. I have so many leftovers in the fridge, I’m running out of ideas. LOL.
We had a LOT of leftovers also. I froze most of it, but left some in the fridge in tupperwares. Sunday evening, after I stepped on the scale and noticed a gain, I immediately took all the leftovers from the fridge and started tossing them in the garbage. BF was upset when he came in the house to find I discarded it all. Over the previous 3 days, he liked to grab a fork and eat tiny bits throughout the whole day.......like visit the fridge 20 times, open a lid, eat a piece or two of cold turkey. He would also eat the stuffing and greenbean casserole sides cold. *GAG* so GROSS. He tacked on 8.
