I just bought a Canon T2i / 550d with lenses, 3 32GB memory cards, 3 batteries and a pack for $250!  :emot_weird:

Going to the Detroit Tiger game at 1pm today.  Leaving work at 10:30.  :)    It's a beautiful day and am happy I will be spending it outside.

There's just on patent firm here in town.  I met with them once four years and they were impressed, but they had no openings.

I got a call that one of their support staff just retired and they are looking.  I'm going in next Wednesday to meet everyone and to discuss things.

I had two very pleasant things happen. Yesterday I had a second lunch date with a woman I am interested in. It's not strange that I like her. She is bold, open, is interested in many of the things I am. She is in the comic business and is a strong personality with good self-confidence. As bold and open as she is, she is cautious and careful. And has a crazy wit. She offered both a kiss and her touch. I crave feeling someone's body next to mine when we click. I am relaxed and very pleased in here company.

She told me she likes me. In no uncertain terms she told me she wants to see me again.

Spent a fortune to take me, the wife, sister and knocked up fiancée to the movie. The tickets were ridiculous. The snacks were really expensive. And that kid and her gestating Human vacuumed up the largest popcorn they had. But it was so much fun being with them.  :D

My sister cuted us into paying for everything. She rubbed her girls pregnant tummy and reminded us they're college students. Who live in their own house, have a car I gave them, and get their money from us. :roll:

Football Sunday.   About 10 guests invited over.   A number of my brother in laws friends coming over.   He'll be very happy.    My friend, my mom and one of the guys girlfriends helping with lots of food.   Can't wait.     A lot of laughs.  AND I have 0, 0  in the football squares for the Detroit vs Nashville game in the first quarter and lots of 7's and 3's in other squares.   $ yay

Also, other than my friend having to run back to her place a couple of times.    I've been able to spend the entire weekend with her.     It has been so great.    I love her so much.  

This morning when I woke up.   She was still sleeping, but we were holding hands.    What a great way to wake up.   Need to turn the A/C cooler, it was too hot.   I remember cuddling when we fell asleep, but gosh was I hot this morning.

My daughter and her BFF hugging.  :D

Those two are inseparable. And so beautiful. Seeing them together reminds me of when my wife and I were that age together. So adorable. I just wanna hug them both and give them milk and cookies. For some reason. Cuteness overload I guess.  :D

Well, my football squares didn't work out as planned.   The Lions got a safety right away and messed up the numbers for me for the whole game.   2-0 earlier in the game.   Ugh

What made my day...........  My mom didn't come to the party.    Okay not nice Jules, but when daddy said, "Mom has a headache and is stayin home today."   I was ver happy.

A lot of fun.   Finally got everything cleaned up at 9:00.   7 hours of football.    

Best part of the day was hearing my brother in law laughing with his friends.    
He doesn't do that very often.   Even my niece noticed.   "Daddy is laughing a lot today."

We received notice from the insurance company that my roofing job passed inspection, so now we are insured!  Hurray!

We have a foam roof.  Some of the coating was worn away exposing the foam.  It took a while because it was raining so much. But I finished painting on the new roof coating Tuesday.  The coating is a new silicone type.  It is supposed to last 50 years.  What I don't like about the silicone is that it does not stay white, but yellows in the sun.

The dumb inspector had no idea what he was looking at.  We live in a galvanized steel house that was the framed out in wood on the inside.  The roof is also galvanized steel. But in the sun it will flex as the heat causes it to expand and contract.  It leaked a lot before the coating.  Part of his report said that our roof was "bowed".  We had to explain this was natural for our kind of structure. And yes, the whole house is grounded in case of a lighting strike.
